## Delivery and process

Every engagement is fixed-price with scope locked at kickoff. First conversation is a 30-minute scoping call. Fixed-price quote in the client's inbox within 48 hours. All code sits in the client's GitHub or GitLab organisation. All data lives in the client's cloud accounts. Yo! No Code engineers work as commit authors on the client's systems, not as a separate tenant.

Delivery follows the standard senior-engineering process: pull requests with second reviewer, OWASP baseline scans, dependency audits, type checks, staging deploy before production, manual production deploys, and a full audit trail in git history.
