This Privacy Policy explains what information Yo! No Code collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Contact-form and beta-application submissions: your name, work email, company, source platform, and any notes you include. Analytics: aggregated usage of the site (page views, referrers, viewport size) via privacy-preserving tools that do not identify individual visitors.
2. How we use it
Contact-form data is used only to reply to your inquiry and, if we agree to work together, to shape the engagement. Analytics data is used to improve the site. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
3. Data storage
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us via Resend and stored in our email systems. During an engagement, project-specific data lives on your infrastructure, not ours. See our Security page for details.
4. Third-party services
The website uses Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and YouCanBook.me for calendar scheduling. Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not share data with these providers beyond what is required to deliver the site or process your booking.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. Requests: hello@yonocode.io. We respond within 30 days.
6. Children
This site and our services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
