These Terms of Service govern your use of the Yo! No Code website and services. By accessing yonocode.io or any of our sibling sites (fullcode.yonocode.io, codify.yonocode.io), you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Yo! No Code operates four service lines: Yo! Launch (idea-to-live-product engagement), FullCode (no-code to production code migration), Codify Yo (AI-assisted migration), and Yo! Teams (retained engineering squads). Terms specific to each engagement are captured in a Master Services Agreement signed before kickoff.
2. Website use
You may browse the site and use the tools on it (calculators, generators, coverage meters) for your own internal evaluation. You may not scrape the site programmatically for commercial redistribution, or reverse-engineer any of the tools for competing products.
3. Intellectual property
The Yo! No Code brand, logotype, service names, page copy, and interactive tools on this site are our property. Code and deliverables produced during a paid engagement are assigned to you at commit time under the MSA, that assignment is separate from these general terms.
4. No warranty on tools
Our estimators, calculators, and analyzers are labelled as estimates for a reason. They are indicative starting points for a scoping conversation, not binding quotes or professional advice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yo! No Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Engagement-specific liability sits inside the MSA.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be indicated by the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
